Auroch Minerals has gone two for two, with diamond drilling from the company’s second hole on the Horn nickel discovery nailing more than 7m of massive sulphides. The budding explorer looks to be gaining momentum as it expands its exploration program across the fertile Eastern Goldfields of WA delivering a wealth of nickel sulphide hits from recent drilling.
The Horn discovery is just one of Auroch’s prospects within its comprehensive ground holding, just 40km south of the tier one Leinster nickel mining complex in the Western Australia. The original discovery at the Horn prospect was made as a result of drilling that took place in 2008, before an ailing nickel price shut down exploration across the high-grade target.
