About the Job
Reporting to the HSE Team Leader, you will be part of the HSE team and work closely with site-based personnel and external stake holders to manage the Occupational Health and Hygiene activities, programs and meetings to ensure contract and legislative compliance. Experience in potable water management, asbestos, noise and mould is highly desirable. You will have the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies and procedures. You will have experience in a similar role, preferably working within the mining, civil or facilities maintenance industries in a senior capacity. A tertiary qualification in Occupational Hygiene is essential and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are desirable qualifications for this role. A current full WA Manual Driver’s licence is mandatory in order to operate our site vehicles.
In addition to excellent time management and teamwork skills, a background working across management with trades occupations and exposure to Root Cause Incident Investigation will lead to success in this role. You will be someone who can easily build positive working relationships and foster engagement and motivation with the Occupational Hygiene initiatives.
